If two entrepreneurs conclude a transaction, then the consumer protection enshrined in the law does not apply, the right of withdrawal can not be claimed. According to the principle "Anyone who acts entrepreneurially must comply with concluded contracts", this applies to all natural and legal persons who are considered entrepreneurs according to §14 BGB. The text of the law states that this includes all persons who conclude a business as a commercial or self-employed professional – founders also fall into this category and even before the company is in business.
