Game browsing protection collar - biodegradable
As a rule, the collars are applied from September to the beginning of March and are raised by one stick each year in autumn as long as the young tree is in the danger zone. Afterwards, the collars are collected and reused for other young plants. The cuffs are particularly suitable for conifers (spruce and fir), but they are also widely used for deciduous trees.
The blue cuff is also used as a sweep protection, as the game perceives the blue colour as repellent.
All cuffs are biodegradable.
If the cuffs fall to the ground, they will be consumed by micro-organisms.
